I. LOVE. FOOD!!!
I love to eat good food, I love to talk about food, I think about food all the time and yes, I take pictures of food and post them on Instagram (@ames_ym). I’m a proud foodie.
To me, a great dish contains fresh ingredients, smells good, is visually pleasing and most importantly, flavourful. If it pushes the culinary boundaries, even better!
If I am dissatisfied with the dish(es) in a restaurant, I do not post the photos. Some of my friends check my Instagram feed when they are looking for new restaurants/cuisines to try. I will not send them to a place where I think they might have a mediocre or bad experience. However, this new food blog will allow me to share all my food experiences – the great, the good, the bad and the ugly.
I live in Winnipeg, Canada. So I will be reviewing many restaurants in the city. I will also review food and restaurants when I travel.
