In the fashion world, everyone is talking about trends for spring/summer 2019. It’s fun to check out these trends to get some ideas or inspirations. However, not every trend on the runway at the Fashion Week is practical. In the end, it’s about our personal styles and what make us feel good.
As we transition from winter to spring, it’s still sweater season in Canada. Some might disagree. I’ve seen people wearing shorts in Winnipeg when the temperature reaches 0ºC. 😀 Anyway, I am a huge fan of sweaters. They can be styled with just about anything. Here are some of my favourite looks.
Sweater and Jeans
I don’t think these kind of outfits will ever go out of style. Just need to make sure that the pieces are a good fit. And shoes are very important as they complete the look.

Another great option. You can style the sweater with a pair of skinny pants, dress pants or floral pants.

I prefer to wear this look with a pair of flats/loafers/brogues. However, you can certainly wear a pair of pumps to dress it up.

Cardigan Sweater
