Casual Street Style for Winter

It’s been a really cold winter in Canada. The weather has gotten a bit warmer but the temperature will dip down to below minus 20 again in Winnipeg. So how to look fashionable and keep warm at the same time has been on my mind.

I created this set a couple of days ago. I love this oversized coat. To be honest, the D&G sweater is not really my style, but it totally goes with the rest of the outfit. For that reason, I’ve started to like it. LOL.

The iPhone case is a riot. I had to include it in the set with a couple of donuts as the colour fits the entire colour scheme. Plus, it’s fun.

I created the following set for a Group Contest titled “Winter Street Style” three days ago. I am in love with orange and black mix.

Put on a black turtleneck sweater and a pair of black cigarette pants, throw on an oversized coat plus a pair of sneakers. Voila. You are good to go.

I’ve never been a huge of fan of platform sneakers until I joined Polyvore. I now often use them in my sets. I love the design and colours of the Prada sneakers in the set.

The last set in this blog was created on Jan. 22nd, 2018 and chosen as one of the Top Fashion Sets by Polyvore on Jan. 23rd.

When I was creating this set, I kept imaging Olivia Palermo wearing this outfit and holding a cup of Starbucks coffee.  Don’t know where that came from.

The whole set was inspired by the fabulous faux fur hooded coat and Burberry shoes.
